Ways We Work With Agents

A written agreement between our brokerages before we contact your client

Other California licensees call us if:

  • A home client got a Notice of Default or Notice of Trustee's Sale. The client needs a short-sale package or a sale before the auction date.
  • A residential agent has a client who owns a commercial property. It may be retail, apartments with 5 or more units, industrial, office, or land. The loan comes due soon or is in default.
  • A commercial broker wants a partner. The deal may be a sale before the auction. It may be a recapitalization or a receivership sale. Or it may be early talks about a note sale.
